LOCATION: Anywhere really, although we do have offices in Cedarburg, WI & Charleston, SC
You are a meticulous planner, yet you have a flair for the creative. You understand the importance of developing inspired marketing messaging and you’re adept at using every channel available to get that content out to the right audiences and measure its effect. You can envision the big picture, still you’re driven to get the little things done.

With a thorough understanding of a client’s audience, brand values and marketing objectives, your practical “roll up your sleeves and get $%^# done” attitude and passion for producing great content and/or creative deliverables will help drive measurable revenue growth for our clients.
Brand Management – The Vx Way
Your goal as Brand Manager is to plan, deliver, and measure creative and marketing solutions across multiple channels for B2B companies. You’ll do this by proactively recommending and organizing projects – both planned and unplanned – and facilitating a consistent monthly flow of creative and marketing deliverables that you will create or collaborate on with your direct team, Program Owner, and internal resources.
Your success will be dependent on two things: your skill to drive creative messaging, plans and projects, and your ability to develop relationships internally and externally and communicate your vision and the results with our clients.
It’s a unique role because it requires you to be able to navigate two very different worlds. It’s going to be challenging, but also kind of fun.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism or related field. Relevant creative and management experience considered in lieu of a traditional degree.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with business leaders and creative teammates.
- Proven talent to create and communicate creative and marketing plans.
- Comfortable using AI technology like ChatGPT and Jasper to generate niche B2B content and publishing it across multiple channels.
- Stellar written and verbal communications skills.
- Understanding the fundamentals of marketing technology such as SEO, PPC and automation.
